User experience design is a new and upcoming area. NIC team needs to be familiarized with the immense value of designing application with better UI and UX experience and thereby resulting in wider acceptance and user satisfaction. The UxDT division proposes to develop and deliver series of training programs and video lectures on the subject ranging from User experience, Usability, Quality, Accessibility and testing methodologies to strengthen the NIC team across India.
