Integrated government online training (iGOT)

The iGOT initiative, derived from the 2012 National Training Policy, ensures thorough training for all civil servants, vital for their present and future roles under the ‘Training for All’ (TFA) scheme. This training starts at entry into service and continues periodically throughout their careers. However, training a vast number of officials across diverse levels and regions solely through accredited institutions is impractical. To tackle this, iGOT integrates online module-based training with traditional methods, forming a structured hierarchy adaptable to evolving roles. This centralized platform offers convenient onsite training, advancing the goal of comprehensive government training.
